Appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you anticipate being late, kindly let me know as soon as possible. Depending on the delay, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Comfort & Facilities
As the therapy room is located at the end of the garden, I kindly ask that you use the toilet before your appointment where possible. If you need to pause the session at any time, please let me know. You are very welcome to use the facilities after your session if needed.

Payment
Payment is due at the end of each session. Cash, card, and bank transfer are accepted.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may require full payment before rebooking.
Gift vouchers cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered redeemed in full.

This policy ensures fairness and availability for all clients.

Illness
If I am unwell, you will be notified as soon as possible and your appointment will be rescheduled.

If you are unwell, or recovering from illness, please rearrange your appointment. This includes fever, flu-like symptoms, sickness, persistent cough, or any contagious condition.

As a small business, maintaining my health is essential. I reserve the right to postpone a session if you arrive unwell.

Parking
Parking may occasionally be available on the driveway. Please ensure neighbouring access is not obstructed. On-street parking is available nearby and is at your own risk.
