Terms and Conditions:

Appointments:
Due to appointment schedules, please make sure you are running on time, if you are going to be late then please contact me ASAP, it may be I need to reschedule your appointment for another day.

Payment policy:
Payment is due after the session either by cash, Card or Bank transfer (to be made on the premises).

Cancellation Policy:

I understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel an appointment, however I do ask that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged at 50%. Should you cancel at the last minute or completely miss your appointment, your next session must be paid in advance via bank transfer upon re booking. If you have a gift certificate 100% of the value will be forfeited.

Sickness:

By me: In the event I'm poorly, I will contact you immediately to discuss options for transferring your appointment to an alternative day and time which is convenient for you.

By you: Please cancel any appointment if you think/know you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or Omicron (see NHS website for list of symptoms) or anything that may possibly be contagious, from sore throats, coughs, high temperature, colds and flu, to anything causing sickness. I reserve the right to refuse treatment if you attend the session while poorly/contagious.

Parking There may be at times availability to park on the drive, if there is a space then you are more than welcome to park on here, please be aware it is a shared drive, so please leave enough space for the house next door to be able to get out. If no space is available then on street parking is available. Please note.... parking is strictly at owners risk.
