Terms & Conditions
Due to appointment schedules, and limited daily appointments, please make sure you are running on time, if you are going to be late then please contact me ASAP, it may be I need to reschedule your appointment for another day.
With any New client I will ask for a £15 non refundable deposit paid either by BACS or the payment button below ( PayPal) when booking an appointment. If you cannot make the appointment for any reason then I'm more than happy to reschedule as long as you give 24 hours notice. If you have any of the symptoms of Covid-19 or Omicron on the day of your appointment then your appointment will be cancelled until you are better, then we can arrange another time for you.
I understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel an appointment, however I do ask that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged at 50%. Should you cancel at the last minute or completely miss your appointment, your next session must be paid in advance via bank transfer upon re booking. If you have a gift certificate 100% of the value will be forfeited.
By me: In the event I'm poorly, I will contact you immediately to discuss options for transferring your appointment to an alternative day and time which is convenient for you.
By you: Please cancel any appointment if you think/know you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or Omicron (see NHS website for list of symptoms) or anything that may possibly be contagious, from sore throats, and colds and flu, to anything causing sickness. I reserve the right to refuse treatment if you attend the session while poorly/contagious.
