What is the Law of attraction? 

 

Simply put, the Law of Attraction is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on. It is believed that regardless of age, nationality, or religious belief, we are all susceptible to the laws which govern the Universe, including the Law of Attraction.

 

Your thoughts act like magnets

So, this is one of the most important things to understand.  Your thoughts are like a magnet that reaches out to the universe simply put, the Law of Attraction says that you will attract into your life whatever you focus on. Whatever you give your energy and attention to will come back to you So, if you stay focused on the good and positive things in your life, you will automatically attract more good and positive things into your life. If you are focused upon lack and negativity, then that is what will be attracted into your life.

The Law of Attraction is a universal Law, and it operates all the time whether you are aware of it or not, or whether you believe it or not. 

Before you begin:

The possibilities for attraction with the Law of Attraction are only limited by your imagination. Start thoughtfully. It’s important to take time to think about the process: where your life is now and where you want it to be.

The foundation of the Law of Attraction is to believe that it actually works.

How To Use the Law of Attraction: 

You can use the law of attraction by following these 4 steps:

  • Decide what you really want and eliminate any fear 

  • Raise your frequency to match your desire

  • Open up to the possibilities and believe in them fully

  • Pretend you already have what you want–and enjoy the feeling!

​​Identify what you truly desire & eliminate the negative

It is important to focus on what you want rather than what you don’t want. You must state it in the positive and filter out the words don’t, not and no. Remember, your mind works in pictures and if you say I don’t want to be mad, you are creating the picture and thus the vibration of being mad. You must create the opposite of what you don’t want.

Unfortunately, though this is not always easy.

Many people have limiting beliefs which keep them from allowing abundance and happiness into their lives. If you don’t believe you deserve what you’re seeking, you’re not going to get it. Those deep, subconscious fears and doubts send messages loud and clear too. If part of you feels as though you don’t deserve what you’re seeking, then that part of you is competing with your desire. If this describes you, realize that you must first change your limiting beliefs into thoughts that you are deserving, worthy, lovable, desirable, and capable as well as smart enough, strong enough, attractive enough, rich enough, good enough, and “enough” in every other way that matters to you. Once you believe that, you’ll get what you want, the second part of the equation is to take action.

 

Raise your vibration level

Now it's time to create a vibrational match for what you want to attract. Vibrations are like little radio signals you are continuously sending out to the universe. You must tune your signal to a vibration worthy of receiving it (stay positive and thankful).

Because the Law of Attraction states that you’ll attract into your life whatever you give your energy, focus, and attention to—wanted or unwanted, you must become more deliberate about what you think and feel. So, it's really important to know exactly what you want. Think how would you be feeling if you already had those things–the perfect job, the perfect relationship, the amount of money that you want to have?

Affirmations are an important component in raising your vibrational level to what it is you want. Remember, the law of attraction does not respond to the words you use or the thoughts you think. It simply responds to how you feel about what you say and how you feel about what you think. Affirmations work wonderfully for many people, who start out with the Law of Attraction, and there are plenty of Law of Attraction affirmations that you can try out for yourself!

 

You need to state what you want in a positive and present tense, state it like you already have it!

Now you know what you want, let's pretend you already have them and how that makes you feel

So, you now know what it is you would like to manifest, it is important to be clear, specific with the picture in your mind. For example, if you are looking for a new house, get right down to the details of what you want, i.e., how many bedrooms, how many reception rooms, the size of the garden, how many garages, location etc. Describe it in as much detail as possible, imagine it fully with at least two of your senses, more, if possible, the more senses we can engage, the more real our intention becomes, and the more it is likely to manifest, make it as real as you can in your mind. 

When you engage in full, sensory imagination, your brain fires up your body to move forward. Muscles, blood flow, heart, lungs and every part of your body gear up to take part in whatever you’re imagining.

Taking part in this imagination exercise, you align yourself with your desires.  You open up to the possibilities and prepare your body to receive whatever it is you are attempting to attract. It may seem simple, but this step is what paves the way to working with the energies of the Law of Attraction.

Think about how it feels to have the house now, what do the rooms look like? imagine having friends and family coming round, feeling into the emotions, joy, happiness, hearing everything and touching everything.  This is an important part of the Law of attraction, that feeling, this is what will get you on a vibrational level with the universe. 

Why Persistence Is The Key To The Law Of Attraction

So, the final piece to the Law of Attraction is persistence

There is no exact time on how long it will take for the law of attraction to manifest your desires. It depends on 3 main factors. Your belief that you can have what you want to manifest, your alignment with your desire and your ability to let go and trust in the outcome. Some people begin to see things happen immediately, while others take a little more time, and it won't always be as you expect, the universe will sometimes show you a path of how you can get to your desired outcome, so looking out for the signs is key.  But the key here is patience and persistence. Continue to express gratitude and appreciation every day. 

Just remember the Law of Attraction is universal and it’s going to work with or without your intention. If you keep coming up short, address any doubts and fears you may have because they’re likely speaking to you much louder than your desires.
