What Is Distance Reiki?
Distance Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing received remotely rather than in person.
Because Reiki works with universal life force energy, it is not limited by physical space. The energy is directed through focused intention, allowing it to flow where balance is required.
You remain comfortably at home — resting, meditating, or simply relaxing — while the session takes place.
Sessions may be received in real time (for example, during a call) or at a pre-arranged time that suits you, even while you sleep.
The energy is always guided to support your overall wellbeing.
How Distance Reiki May Support You
The effects are often similar to those experienced during an in-person session. Clients commonly report:

During Your Session
Each experience is unique.
You may notice warmth, subtle movement, or a sense of drifting into stillness. Some people feel very little during the session itself and recognise shifts later through changes in mood, clarity, or ease.
There is no correct way to experience Reiki.
The most supportive approach is simply to relax and allow.
A standard session lasts approximately 30 minutes.
After Your Session
Most clients feel calm, peaceful, or quietly refreshed. Some may feel tired as the body continues integrating — this is a natural response.
To support integration:
• Stay hydrated
• Rest if needed
• Eat grounding foods
• Take quiet time for reflection
Shifts may continue gently over the following hours or days.
