My Story

People often ask me how I found Reiki, and when I look back now, I can see that the path towards it began many years before I ever stepped into a Reiki classroom.

Following the birth of my son, life became very different to how I had imagined. He arrived extremely prematurely, and we spent almost six months in hospital while he grew stronger. It was a time of uncertainty, emotional exhaustion and learning to take each day as it came. Although I didn't realise it then, those experiences helped shape both the person and practitioner I would later become.

As the years passed, my intuition became much stronger and I became increasingly drawn towards spirituality and mediumship.

During this time, I met someone who introduced me to Reiki. Until then, I knew very little about it, but something about it immediately resonated with me.

I decided to explore it further, beginning my Reiki training without really knowing where the journey would lead.

I had no idea that one conversation would completely change the direction of my life.

What began as curiosity soon became something much more personal.
Reiki gave me time to slow down, reconnect with myself and begin working through some of the emotions and experiences I had carried for many years.
It wasn't simply something I was learning to offer to other people. It became part of my own journey too.

“Reiki didn't simply teach me a healing practice… it helped me heal too.”
Having experienced difficult times myself, I understand how valuable it can be to have someone who simply listens, offers kindness without judgement and creates a space where you don't have to pretend everything is okay. That understanding became the foundation of my practice.

No two people are the same, and neither are their healing journeys. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every person who comes to see me brings their own experiences, emotions and reasons for being there, and I allow each session to develop around what they need at that time.

Over the years, my practice has continued to evolve as I have developed my Reiki work and explored other forms of energy healing and spiritual practice.

Alongside Usui Reiki and Seichem, my work now includes Angelic Healing, Crystal Reiki and Light Language, with different elements incorporated intuitively where appropriate.

Although the way I work has developed, my intention has remained the same: to offer a calm, supportive environment where people feel welcomed, respected and able to simply be themselves.

"Healing isn't about becoming someone different. It's about gently returning to who you've always been."
Life Beyond Reiki
When I'm not working with clients, you'll often find me walking with Poppy, spending time in nature, enjoying my garden, or continuing my own learning and spiritual development. I believe we never stop growing, and I continue to invest in my personal and professional development so I can offer the very best support to those who come to see me.

Creating a calm, welcoming space has always been important to me, and I consider it a privilege to be part of each person's individual journey.
