About These Terms

These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you use the Reiki by Sharon website or receive services from Reiki by Sharon.

They are intended to provide clarity about the nature of the services I offer and the responsibilities of both you and Reiki by Sharon.

Nature of My Services

Reiki by Sharon provides Reiki and other complementary, energy-based wellbeing services intended to support relaxation, personal reflection and general wellbeing.

Reiki and other complementary therapies are not a substitute for medical, psychological or other professional healthcare advice, diagnosis or treatment.

I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or treatment, or guarantee specific results or outcomes from any session.

If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, please seek advice from your GP or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Your Responsibility

You remain responsible for your own health, wellbeing and healthcare decisions, including seeking appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Please provide information that may be relevant to your session, including any health or wellbeing information you feel I should be aware of.

You are also responsible for deciding whether a Reiki or complementary therapy session is suitable for you.

Appointments & Payment

Appointments are arranged directly with Reiki by Sharon and are subject to availability.

Payment is due at the end of your session unless otherwise agreed. Cash, card and bank transfer are accepted.

Information regarding arriving for your appointment, cancellations, missed appointments, illness, facilities and parking can be found in my Appointment Terms & Conditions.

Cancellations & Changes to Appointments

I understand that circumstances sometimes change. If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

The cancellation arrangements that apply to appointments, including late cancellations and missed appointments, are set out in my Appointment Terms & Conditions.

If I need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
